Mar 01, 2019 02:52PM

A resident of Moscow, Idaho, for the past 25 years, Dr. Linda “Grace” Kingsbury teaches clairvoyant practitioner programs and a variety of natural health classes both locally and long distance. She is excited to announce the launch of her new year-long Self Mastery and Gong Player Training Program beginning May 18 in Moscow. “I am delighted to share the Gong Avatar Academy training that has meant so much to me for your health, enjoyment and expansion,” she affirms.

According to Kingsbury, the gong is a sacred and powerful instrument that has been used for thousands of years in celebration and ceremony. “A gong bath or meditation practice immerses you in sound as you go into a deeper level within,” she explains. “The waves of sound and vibration fill your mind and body allowing it to restore balance on all levels.” Benefits include stress reduction, emotional release, mental clarity, activation of kundalini life force energy, and enhanced creativity.

Kingsbury began meditation, practicing yoga, and natural medicine when she lived in California in the early 1980’s. She has taught yoga at the University of Idaho and now teaches weekly kundalini and gong meditation classes at Kula Yoga and special events at Palouse Juice in Moscow. Her hobby of swimming with wild dolphins supports her vibrational and sound healing practice. For more information on the Gong Avatar Training or other programs, call or text 208-883-9933 or visit
