Manage Depression and Improve Self-care with Yoga Therapy

Certified yoga therapist, Anna Molgard, C-IAYT, owner of Flowing TreeYoga in north Spokane, is offering two six-week small group yoga therapy series beginning in October to manage the symptoms of depression and burnout.
The first is Arise: Yoga for Depression running on Tuesdays, October 15 to November 19, from noon to 1:15 p.m. “Students learn the yogic lens of how depression impacts the body, breath and mind,” explains Molgard. “Each week introduces simple yoga tools to elevate mood and create new patterns in the body.”
The second series is Nurture: Yoga for Self-Care running on Thursdays, October 17 to November 21, from noon to 1:15 p.m. “In this series, we focus on ways to manage stress and increase creativity and vitality,” says Molgard. “It is designed to help students connect with the six aspects of nurturing the self.”
In addition, Molgard offers Sustain: Yoga for Anxiety and Awaken:
Yoga for Trauma Recovery. “My deepest desire is to
share yoga therapy with those who are struggling with physical, emotional and
spiritual pain, as I did,” she affirms. “I want everyone I work with to know
that you are not your pain and you are not alone. There is hope and healing
ahead.”
Cost for each 6-week
series: $150. Location: 515 W. Francis Ave., Suite 6, Spokane. To sign up or
