Resources for Wellness Educational Event Highlights Stress Management

Just in time for the holidays, the Holistic Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Resources for Wellness educational event focusing on stress management November 2 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in Spokane.
“The Holistic Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to sharing educational resources and information with the community on how to reduce stress this holiday season,” shares Deborah Martinez, MD, and HCC leadership team member. “We are inviting anyone who feels stress in their life to come and learn strategies for making it through the holiday season as stress-free as possible.”
Presenters include Martinez, highlighting the benefits of physical vascular therapy on stress levels as well as free vascular therapy sessions; Charlie Ker on financial health and wellness planning this holiday season; and J and Pancho Edler on stress-reducing essential oils and other wellness benefits.
Additional HCC members will have booths set up to answer questions and share stress-reduction resources. “We will have raffle prizes for stress-reducing services and products from our HCC members,” emphasizes Martinez. “If you have any amount of stress in your life, we hope to see you there!”
