Feb 01, 2020 08:01PM
In an effort to connect the holistic business community in Post Falls and surrounding region, Kelsey Sims, owner of TakeControlNaturally.com, recently launched the Post Falls Chapter of the Holistic Chamber of Commerce (HCC), which is the first chapter in the state.
“Post Falls is an ideal location for a Holistic Chamber of Commerce,” shares Sims, who is the Post Falls Chapter President. “We have a vibrant holistic community of businesses right here in North Idaho, and the HCC is the perfect place for us to all come together, connect and share our important work with each other and our community.”
The Post Falls Chapter will hold its next meeting on February 11 and will then meet regularly on the second Thursday of every month from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Greensferry Landing Community Center.
The Chamber is part of an international organization encompassing cities nationwide including Spokane, Seattle and Portland as well as multiple cities in Canada. The Chamber’s chief aim is to connect member practitioners using holistic techniques, modalities and healing specialties, as well as providers of organic, eco-friendly and socially responsible products and services with the public.
“I am excited to be leading this newest chapter of the HCC in Idaho,” says Sims, “I encourage any holistic business, practitioner or service provider in the area to attend our next meeting and see what we’re all about!”
Next meeting: Tuesday, February 11. Location: 2554 East Ferry Landing, Post Falls, ID. Cost: Free for HCC members; $5 for non-members. RSVP to 208-916-0160 (call or text). For more information, visit HolisticChamberOfCommerce.com/PostFalls.
