The Spokane Chapter of the Holistic Chamber of Commerce (HCC) will hold its April meeting online via Zoom from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on April 14. The topic is How HeartMath Can Help Stress Levels and Immune Function During the COVID-19 Pandemic.
The meeting will be led by HCC member Jennifer Burrows, HeartMath practitioner and Mind-Body Wellness owner, who will present on the power of HeartMath to reduce stress and build immunity. “It's important to find tools to help calm our nervous system and support our immunity so that we stay healthy and connected—especially during this unprecedented global health pandemic and time of uncertainty worldwide,” shares Burrows. “HeartMath has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety by increasing inner balance and self-security.”
Burrows will share the science and research behind HeartMath, as well as its health supporting benefits. “I will also take meeting participants through a HeartMath meditation technique for reducing and overcoming fear that was made specifically for this time of the coronavirus,” says Burrows. “All are welcome and encouraged to attend.”Zoom meeting link: Zoom.us/j/8998265421.
